Jim Campbell is a member of the San Antonio River Authority in Texas, representing Bexar County District 4. Campbell assumed office in 2015. Campbell's current term ends on December 31, 2027.
Campbell won re-election to the San Antonio River Authority to represent Bexar County District 4 in Texas outright after the general election on November 2, 2021, was canceled.
