Joel C. Cunningham
Joel C. Cunningham is a circuit court judge for the 10th Judicial Circuit in Virginia.[1] He was appointed to the court by former Governor Tim Kaine in June 2009.[2]
Education
Cunningham received his undergraduate degree from Virginia State University and his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.[3]
Career
Cunningham has served as a judge for the 10th Judicial District from 1997 until his appointment to the Appomattox Circuit Court in June 2009.[2]
