Joscelyn Jones is a judge of the Superior Court of Alameda County in California. Jones assumed office in 2020. Jones' current term ends on January 8, 2029.

Jones won re-election for judge of the Superior Court of Alameda County in California outright in the primary on June 7, 2022, after the primary and general election were canceled.

Jones was appointed to the court by Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) on April 28, 2020, to replace Brenda Fay Harbin-Forte.[1]

Although California Superior Court judges are elected in nonpartisan elections, a press release from Gov. Newsom's office announcing Jones' appointment on April 28, 2020, identified Jones as a Democrat.[1]
