Larry Boling
Larry Boling was a judge of the Second Circuit in Arkansas. He was elected to the bench in 2002 and re-elected in 2008. He retired when his term ended in 2014.[1][2][3]
Education
Boling received his undergraduate degree from Arkansas State University in 1966. In 1969, he got his J.D. from Memphis State University (now the University of Memphis). He also graduated in 1988 from the American Bankers Association's National Graduate Trust School at Northwestern University. Boling is also a graduate of the National Judicial College at University of Nevada, Reno.[4][1][2]
Career
Before becoming a circuit judge, Boling practiced privately for over two decades. He was admitted to the bar in 1969.[4][1]
