Leslie Hess
Leslie Hess is the former interim Arizona Director of Insurance and Financial Institutions. She was appointed by Governor Doug Ducey effective February 9, 2016, and stepped down on January 26, 2018.[1][2] Hess replaced former interim Director Andy Tobin, who was appointed in October 2015 by Gov. Ducey.[3]
