Lissa Smith
Lissa Smith was a member of the Plano City Council in Texas. She was first elected in 2009. She was the mayor pro tempore of Plano.[1] Smith was unable to file for re-election in 2017 because of the two-term limit set forth in Section 3.01 of the city's charter.[2]
Biography
Smith holds a B.S. from the University of North Texas. Her professional experience includes working as the district director for Texas State Senator Florence Shapiro.[1]
