The ballot title for Road and Transportation Bond Measure was as follows:
“ | Shall the County of Loudoun, Virginia contract a debt and issue its general obligation capital improvement bonds in the maximum principal amount of $156,619,000 to finance, in whole or in part, the design, construction and other costs of Crosstrail Boulevard Segment C (Sycolin Road to Dulles Greenway); Dulles West Boulevard – Northstar Boulevard to Arcola Boulevard; Evergreen Mills Road/Revolution Sportsplex: Westbound Left-Turn Lane; Evergreen Mills Road/Hogeland Mill Road: Bridge and Safety Improvements; Harmony Middle School Shared Use Path; Intersection Improvements Program; Route 7 Shared Use Path; Route 9/Route 287 Roundabout; Route 15/Braddock Road Roundabout; and Westwind Drive – Loudoun County Parkway to Old Ox Road; and the costs of other public road and transportation projects approved in the County's Capital Improvement Program? | ” |
