M'Lissa Chumbley
M'Lissa Chumbley was a member of the Northside Independent School District in Texas, representing District 3. Chumbley assumed office in 1995. Chumbley left office on May 23, 2023.
Chumbley won re-election to the Northside Independent School District to represent District 3 in Texas outright after the general election on May 4, 2019, was canceled.
Biography
Chumbley is a graduate of Marshall High School. She has been employed at USAA, a financial services company, for over 30 years. She and her husband, Steve, are active members of St. Luke's Catholic Church. The couple has four sons.[1]

The general election on May 9, 2015, in the Northside Independent School District featured four seats up for election. In the District 1 race, challenger Joseph Medina defeated incumbent George Lynn Britton Jr. Gerald Brian Lopez, incumbent M’Lissa Chumbley and incumbent Bobby Blount were unopposed in Districts 2, 3 and 4, respectively.
