The Minnesota Juries for Civil Cases Amendment, also known as Amendment 3, was on the November 8, 1988 ballot in Minnesota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure allowed the use of juries of fewer than 12 members in civil and non-felony cases.[1]
