I’m a political outsider and concerned citizen who has a story similar to many Americans. I love my God and my country and I must do my part to preserve what God has given us as a free nation.

I am a Christian Conservative and patriot, former pastor, wife, mother, grandmother, businesswoman and the author of the newly released book, “Trump Is Not A Racist! Here’s Why.” I am married to the love of my life, who is a successful businessman and banker. Together, we run a well-respected commercial lending and business consulting firm in Atlanta, Georgia.

I was Creole born and raised on the Gulf Coast of Louisiana under African American, Cajun French and Native American Indian ancestry and raised by both parents. In 1985, I pursued my Bachelor’s degree at the University of Southwestern Louisiana, now called the University of Louisiana. I majored in Commercial Arts and minored in Philosophy. Because I became a wife and mother at the age of 18, I later dropped out due to financial hardships. Over time, I overcame those obstacles and managed to work my way out of poverty with the help of Almighty God.

After witnessing the last 4 years of the unveiling of blatant corruption in Washington, I realized that we could really lose our country— because we almost did 4 years ago. I awakened to the dangers of our current political climate. With that awareness, I am confident that I have the morals, conscience, heart, mind, and strength to fight for the soul of this country.

  • I will fight to protect our 2nd Amendment Rights. Our right to protect ourselves as individuals are at stake. Many Washington Bureaucrats are proposing legislation that is in direct conflict with our Constitutional 2nd Amendment rights. The 2nd Amendment is designed to not only protect ourselves and our families — it is also designed to protect American Citizens as a whole from a tyrannical Government and hostile regimes. If any portion of our 2nd Amendment rights are dissolved, then we are vulnerable locally and nationally. The disarmament of American citizens in part or whole is a direct threat to our national security. When I am elected, I will fight to protect our full 2nd Amendment rights with all benefits, rights and privileges in

  • Transportation infrastructure development is one of my top priorities. Infrastructure development is important to our economic stability. Due to unplanned population surges in the Metro Atlanta area, certain areas of District 6’s roadways are heavily congested. On the federal level, I will work to create solutions and resources to support the improvement and development of our transportation infrastructure in District 6, and nationwide.

  • I will fight for the protection and preservation of the Constitutional rights and civil liberties of All Americans. I will work to prevent Authoritarian forms of government and economic systems such as Socialism or any replacement form of government from occurring. When I am elected I will vote against any bill would replace or suppress our Constitutional Republic and the free exercise thereof. Our form of government paired with our current economic system is what makes this country the place where dreams are realized.

Criminal Justice Reform including removing corruption from the criminal justice system.

Preserving and protecting the rights of the unborn.

Drug policy reform: Making the cost of prescription drugs more affordable.

Healthcare reform: Replacing Obamacare with a workable and fair healthcare system that works for everyone and that also protects pre-existing conditions. Restricting the abusive use of Medicare or public-funded insurance for medically unnecessary procedures.

Public Education: Making sure that every child has access to safe schools and a quality education free of political indoctrination and agendas. I believe that every school should uphold every child's constitutional rights.

Preserving, protecting and restoring free-speech rights and firearm ownership rights

Civil Rights: Prohibiting discrimination in all forms. Adding "political beliefs and affiliation" to federal non-discrimination laws, while simultaneously protecting the right of the freedom of association. Many businesses and institutions are discriminating against American citizens based on their political affiliation. This must never happen in a free society.

Banning Authoritarian forms of government and economic systems such as Socialism or any form of government that would replace our Constitutional Republic and the free exercise thereof.

I am passionate about protecting the state of Israel's right to exist as a nation with Jerusalem as its Capital.
I look up to my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and I follow Him. He is the most perfect example of a human being that ever walked the face of the earth. Even though I fall short every single day, I aspire to be like Jesus. His love, compassion and His dedication to God and mankind are unmatched. I realize that our lives are as a vapor of breath, and when our bodies are passed away, we have eternity to contend with. I believe in investing in my eternal state above all because it is where we will spend the most time. Following Jesus is the way to secure a great life in eternity.
Read my book: "Trump Is NOT A Racist! Here's Why" is more than the title. Most of my political philosophy is written in that book.
That I played a small part in protecting and securing this country. I would like to leave a legacy that anyone with a background like mine ---a regular person who faced tough personal challenges, can overcome them and have still enough room to serve others and make a difference.
This may sound funny, but it's very true. The first historical event in my lifetime happened on July 20, 1969, when I was 20 months old! Even though I was a baby, I was pretty intelligent had an excellent memory recall. Walter Conkrite of CBS News reported that "man" had landed on the moon for the first time in history! Neil Armstrong was the first man to walk on the moon. I remember this because I watched Walter Conkrite of CBS news on channel 9 all the time. (Yes, I was a baby who watched the news!) The news stations kept spinning the story over and over again. I remember this scene so clearly! They kept repeating Neil Armstrong's quote "One small leap for man, one giant leap for mankind."
My very first job was at a local grocery store called Delchamps. I was still in college but married with my first child. I worked there for 1 year because we moved and I found a job at a garment manufacturing plant.
Yes and no. Yes, it is good that experienced politicians understand how to navigate in the House. And sometimes no, because some officials have "bad" experience in government and politics. However, our Constitution promotes private citizen involvement in government evident on how the qualifications were written by its framers. There should be a healthy mix of experienced representatives who are seasoned, and layperson representatives who are fresh to the heartbeat of their constituents.
I perceive that our greatest challenges as a nation over the next decade will be the right to exist as a free nation. The obvious chipping away at our constitutional rights is an indication that there is something at work to remove all of them. Awkwardly, there are serious talks by elected officials of implementing Socialism in our country. Socialism is an antithetical and direct contrast to our Republican form of government and our way of life. I believe that if we allow it, Socialism would turn the greatest country on earth into a third world country.

Another challenge is to unify the country as one people regardless of biological, cultural or political differences. Divisiveness, discrimination and voluntary segregation have been embraced as "cultural awareness" thus dividing us further. The questions will be, "How do we trust each other again? How do we love one another again?"

Another challenge will be to remove the ability for Iran, the largest sponsor of terrorism, to develop a nuclear weapon.
Yes.

I believe in term limits. I believe that lifelong terms in the legislative branch are an open door for corruption. I honestly believe that representatives should be limited to serve no more than 5 terms.
