A charter amendment to change election procedures was on the ballot for Pasadena voters in Los Angeles County, California, on June 5, 2018. It was approved.

A yes vote was a vote in favor of amending the city charter to move primary and general elections to coincide with state elections, beginning in November 2018; adding a one-time 19-month extension to the offices of the mayor and councilmembers while transitioning election dates; and moving the mayor's thematic budget message from January to February.
A no vote was a vote against amending the city charter to consolidate local elections with statewide elections, thereby maintaining elections dates in odd-numbered years.
