What would be your top three priorities, if elected?
Protect citizens home values, by enforcing better planning. limiting "HIGH DENSITY" Housing. Helping Small businesses, holding workshops and seminars to help them be successful Protect our citizens, by spending less money on bureaucrats, and give more to first responders.
What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?
Quality Growth, stay away from urgently moving to quickly to build something where it does not belong. Get public input, and don't keep making the same planning and zoning mistakes NLV has done for decades. Take a look at Henderson's growth, it makes sense, and our community will look beautiful for years to come.
Who do you look up to? Whose example would you like to follow, and why?
I am a fiscal conservative, I am also a man who has owned his own business for 30 years. I look up to people who forget about themselves and help others.

What characteristics or principles are most important for an elected official?
Accessibility, being able to be easy to reach and to talk to, also not being intimidated by others when yo are passionate about something. "Wrong is wrong even if everyone is doing it, Right is right even if you are the only one who is doing it"
What qualities do you possess that you believe would make you a successful officeholder?
I know how to lead, and I know how to follow, I knows when to talk, and when to listen.
What do you believe are the core responsibilities for someone elected to this office?
Making sure the people in my ward feel safe, and feel like I am standing up for them.
What legacy would you like to leave?
THAT I DID THE RIGHT THING, AND THAT THE FAMILIES IN OUR COMMUNITY WERE DOING BETTER.

My parents died in a car accident when I was 8 years old

They can give serious raises to people who may not deserve them

Honesty, integrity, and charity

It is local, I can make changes that will help individuals directly.

No, the best experience is to have hired people, signed the front side of a check. Know how to run a business on a budget, and don't spend money you don't have.
