Biography
Ceniceros' professional experience includes working as a licensed healthcare professional.[1] In addition to serving on the Colton Joint Unified Board of Education, Ceniceros is involved with the PTA, Agua Mansa PTA, Agua Mansa PTA Scholarship Committee and the Spirit of Bloomington High School Band Booster Club. He was also a member of the citizens' oversight committee for the Measure G bond proposition in 2008. He lives with his wife and four children in Fontana.[2][3][4]

2014
Five seats on the Colton Joint Unified School District Board of Education were up for general election on November 4, 2014. One board member from Trustee Area 1, two members from Trustee Area 2 and one member from Trustee Area 3 were up for re-election to four-year terms. Another seat from Trustee Area 3 was up for election to a two-year term due to a vacancy on the board.
Trustee Area 1 incumbent Randall Ceniceros ran unopposed and won re-election by default. The Trustee Area 2 race featured two incumbents, Pilar Tabera and Dan Flores, and one challenger, Juan Rodriguez, running for two seats. Tabera and Flores won their bids for re-election. In Trustee Area 3, incumbent Joanne E. Thoring-Ojeda ran unopposed and won re-election to a four-year term by default. The two-year term election in Trustee Area 3 featured candidates Kent Taylor, Jennifer Araiza and Francine Sandoval. Taylor defeated the other candidates to win the seat.
Results
This election was canceled due to lack of opposition. Trustee Area 1 incumbent Randall Ceniceros won re-election by default.[5]

Ceniceros was endorsed by the Association of Colton Educators (ACE).[6]
