Robert Samual Weiss
Robert Samuel Weiss was a judge for Division VIII of the Thirtieth Circuit Court in Tennessee. He assumed office on September 1, 2010. He left office on September 1, 2022.
Weiss ran for re-election for the Division VIII judge of the Thirtieth Circuit Court in Tennessee. He lost in the general election on August 4, 2022.
Biography
Education
Weiss received his undergraduate degree from Bradley University in 1991 and his J.D. degree from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 1995.[1][2]
Career
Weiss began his career as an attorney at the Law Office of Arthur Ray. He later practiced at the Law Office of Donna M. Fields and was a partner at the firm of Keenan, Dabbous & Weiss. After that, he worked as a sole practitioner for two and a half years prior to his judicial election in 2010.[2]

General: He defeated Charles W. McDonald, Cedrick D. Wooten, and Venita Martin Andrews in the general election on August 7, 2014, receiving 45.4 percent of the vote.[3][4]

Weiss was elected to the Thirtieth Circuit Court on August 5, 2010. He won the election, receiving 39.18% of the vote.[5]
