Ross Walters
Ross A. Walters is a recalled magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Iowa. He first served as a magistrate for the court from 1994 until his retirement from the bench in February 2015. He has served as a recalled federal magistrate since 2015.[1][2][3]
Education
Walters received his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Iowa.[4]
Career
Before he became a magistrate judge, Walters served as an Iowa district court judge for four years. He also previously served as a law clerk in federal court.[2]
