Sara Parker Pauley
Sara Parker Pauley is a former director of the Missouri Department of Natural Resources. Pauley was appointed by Gov. Jay Nixon in December 2010 and took office in 2011.[1] She served in that position until November 2016 when she became the director of the Missouri Department of Conservation.[2]
Biography
From 1996 to 1998, Pauley served as chief of staff to former Missouri Speaker of the House Steve Gaw. From 2001 to 2005 she was deputy director of the Missouri Department of Natural Resources and public liaison to several constituencies. After that she was Executive Vice President of PrimeGen Power USA, a start-up distributed power energy company, and a project manager for D.J. Case & Associates, a natural resources communications firm.[1]
