April 26, 2019: Ten percent (10%) of American adults do not use the internet or go online. That figure represents a dramatic decline from 48% in the year 2000 and 24% in 2010.[1]

Twenty-seven percent (27%) of senior citizens don’t use the internet. Pew Research Center data shows that the figure falls to 3% for adults aged 30-49 and effectively zero for adults under 30.

While some people express reservations, 89% of U.S. voters believe the digital revolution has been good for the United States.[2]
