October 31, 2023: According to the National Retail Federation, Americans are expected to spend an average of $108.24 per person on Halloween this year. Seventy-three percent (73%) are expected to celebrate the holiday, up from 69% last year and 68% pre-pandemic.[1]
Pet owners are expected to spend a total of $700 million on costumes for pets.[1]
