Scott Schofield was a district court judge for the Family Division of the 5th District Court in Berrien County, Michigan from 1997 to 2018. He was appointed to the court by former Governor John Engler in 1997 and retired August 31, 2018.[1][2][3]

Education

Schofield received his undergraduate degree from Alma College in 1973 and his J.D. degree from the University of Michigan Law School in 1976.[2]

Career

Before joining the court, Schofield practiced law with a general practice law firm in Niles, Michigan, for twenty-one years.[2]
