Steven Blankinship is a judge for the Twelfth Judicial District of New Mexico. He was appointed by Gov. Susana Martinez (R) on September 1, 2017, to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Jerry H. Ritter Jr.[1]
Biography
Blankinship earned a J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law. His professional experience includes work for the Third Judicial District Attorney's Office and as the deputy district attorney for the Twelfth Judicial District and a general counsel attorney for Gov. Martinez.[1][2]
