Sue L. Wolstenholm was the District 3 representative on the Peoria Public Schools Board of Education in Illinois. She defeated incumbent Laura Petelle in the March 18, 2014 general election despite withdrawing from the race in February.[1] Wolstenholm's name still appeared on the ballot and a group called Change150 asked voters to choose Wolstenholm to protest board policies. District 3 represents K-12 schools in the northern section of Peoria.

Wolstenholm currently works as an account services supervisor at Comcast. She has two children currently attending district schools.[2]

Sue L. Wolstenholm filed to run against incumbent Laura Petelle for the District 3 seat in the general election on March 18, 2014. She withdrew from the race on February 21.
