| Collapse all
- We need to prioritize critical services in our budget, spend wisely, and grow sources of revenue beyond residential property taxes if Chapel Hill is going to be sustainable into the future.
- We have to build more parks, greenways, and housing to keep up with community needs and keep Chapel Hill a competitive place to live and start a business. We also need to build consenuse and public confidence as we approach tough decisions on how to do more with less funding. We have to follow through on our plans to build housing on transit corridors and build the greenways to connect people safely around town.
- We need to be bold and apply creative solutions to long-standing issues. We will need to pursue public private partnerships and other strategies to deliver on projects and plans for the town.
