William C. Hudson is a judge on the Second Judicial Circuit Court in Illinois. He was elected in 2014, effective December 1, for a term that expired on December 6, 2020.[1]

Primary: He ran unopposed in the Republican primary on March 18, 2014.
General: He defeated Cassandra A. Goldman in the general election on November 4, 2014, receiving 52.9 percent of the vote. [1][2][3]

Education

Hudson received his J.D. from Southern Illinois University School of Law.[5]

Career

Prior to his judicial election, Hudson and his wife were partners at the Hudson Law Office. He also worked with minors in court as a trained guardian ad litem, and served as counsel to the Wabash County Housing Authority. He was previously a partner at Woodcock and Hudson.[5]
