Samantha Henningson was a member of the St. Paul City Council in Minnesota, representing Ward 4 from February to September 2018. She was appointed to the council in 2018 to replace former Councilmember Russ Stark.[1]
Biography
Henningson served as a legislative aide to former Councilmember Russ Stark before her appointment to the council.[1]
