McKenzie Levindofske (independent) ran for election for Cuyahoga County Executive in Ohio. He lost as a write-in in the general election on November 8, 2022.
Levindofske was also a write-in candidate in the 2018 election for Ohio's 9th Congressional District in the U.S. House.
