John W. Brown was a circuit court judge for the 1st Judicial Circuit in Virginia. The 1st Judicial Circuit is home to the Chesapeake Circuit Court.[1] He left office in 2022
Biography
Brown received his undergraduate degree from Methodist College and his J.D. from Wake Forest University.[2]
