Belmont County, Eastern Division Charles Bean, David Trouten and John Vavra D. William Davis is leaving office. John Vavra won with 39.1% of the vote.[2]

Race Candidates Details Results
Sandusky County, District 1 John P. Kolesar and Mary Elizabeth Fiser John P. Kolesar ran for re-election. John P. Kolesar won with 58.06% of the vote. [4]

  • Thomas A. Campbell was re-elected after running unopposed.

Warren County
