Michael Taylor (Republican Party) is a member of the New Mexico Public Education Commission, representing District 8. He assumed office on January 1, 2021. His current term ends on December 31, 2028.
Taylor (Republican Party) ran for re-election to the New Mexico Public Education Commission to represent District 8. He won in the general election on November 5, 2024.
Biography
Michael Taylor earned a B.S. in zoology from The College of Idaho, an M.S. in dentistry from Case Western Reserve University, and a doctorate in dental surgery from Creighton University. Taylor's career experience includes working as an orthodontist. He has served with the Chaves County CASA Program.[1]

Taylor was elected to the commission in November 2020 and assumed office in January 2021.
