Sandy Garcia. I am from Idalou Texas. I have over 24 years experience working in the clerk’s office and over 10 years as the office manager. I love serving the citizens of Lubbock County and look forward to doing so in a new capacity

• Accessibility of records including historical ones.
• Customer service. Making sure all citizens of all ages get the same level of service. Taking the extra step with those who are not familiar with technology
• Exploring new ways to improve the accessibility of our records. In the office and online

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

Integrity. Following the law that governs our office. From our official public records, civil, criminal and marriage license and everything in between
