Kathleen A. Tulacz was a 2014 candidate for the 23rd District Court in Wayne County, Michigan. If she had been elected, Tulacz would have been the first female judge of the 23rd Judicial District Court.[1]

Primary: She was defeated in the primary on August 5, 2014, receiving 11 percent of the vote. She competed against Warren Waterman, Aaron T. Speck, Joseph D. Slaven, and John A. Gyorgy.

Kathleen A. Tulacz graduated from the University of Michigan at Dearborn in 1998 and Wayne State University Law School in 2001.[3]
Career
Tulacz is a public criminal defense attorney.[3]
