Victor Hill was the Division 6 judge of the Second Circuit in Arkansas. He held the seat since 2000 and was elected in 2004 and 2010. His last term ended in 2016.[1][2][3]

Education

Hill received both his undergraduate degree and his J.D. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.[4]

2010 election

Victor Hill ran for circuit judge of the Arkansas 2nd Judicial Circuit Division 6 . He ran unopposed in the primary election on May 18, 2010.[5]
