Elections
2015
The city of Henderson, Nevada, was initially scheduled to hold elections for city council on June 2, 2015. A primary took place on April 7, 2015. Because one candidate received more than 50 percent of the vote in the primary election, the general election was called off. The filing deadline for candidates who wished to run in this election was February 5, 2015. Three of the four city council seats were up for election.[1]
In the primary election for Ward 4, incumbent Sam Bateman defeated Derek Uehara and Tristan Galicia.[2][3]
