Medicaid Expansion

Improve funding for K-12 and higher education

  • Excerpt: "Addressing burdensome student loans will allow our recent graduates to stay here and reinvest their talents and income back into our local economy instead of sending it to surrounding states."

Raising the Minimum Wage

The general elections for the office of South Dakota State Senate took place on November 4, 2014. A primary election took place on June 3, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was March 25, 2014. Michelle Maloney ran unopposed in the Democratic primary, while Arthur Rusch was unopposed in the Republican primary. Rusch defeated Maloney in the general election.[3][4][1]
