Biography
Fredrick Fountain was born in Paducah, Kentucky. He earned a bachelor's degree from Western Kentucky University in 2015 and graduated from the University of Phoenix in 2018. His career experience includes working as an educator. He has been associated with KEA & Prince Hall Master Masons Of Kentucky.[1]

As a member of the Prince Hall Masons of Kentucky and Stone Square Lodge #5, I have witnessed the strength that comes from unity and support among brothers. My faith plays a crucial role as a member of Mountain Moriah Missionary Baptist Church, where I serve as a musician. I believe in the teachings of the Bible, which remind us of our duty to care for one another. As it says in Proverbs 31:8-9, “Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute. Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy.”
In the spirit of these teachings and inspired by President Obama’s words, “The future rewards those who press on, I don’t have time to feel sorry for myself. I don’t have time to complain. I’m going to press on,” I am running for office. I aim to be a voice for those who have been marginalized in our district and state, as I believe that everyon- Womens Reproductive Rights
