Charles Miller (Democratic Party) was a member of the Kentucky House of Representatives, representing District 28. He assumed office in 1999. He left office on January 1, 2023.

Miller (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the Kentucky House of Representatives to represent District 28. He lost in the general election on November 8, 2022.

Miller passed away on June 9, 2025.[1]

Miller's professional experience includes working as a teacher, coach, and principal in Jefferson County Schools. Miler and his wife, Carmen, have three children.[2] He has served as a director of the Pleasure Ridge Park National Bank and as a member of the Columbia Hospital Board of Directors, Humana Hospital Board of Directors, Norton Hospital Board of Directors, and the Democrat Club.[3]
