James R. "Jim" Kennedy

Jim Kennedy was a member of the St. Petersburg City Council in Florida, representing District 2 from 2007 to 2018. First appointed to the seat in October 2007, he was not eligible to run for re-election in 2017 due to term limits.[1][2]
