Jeffery J. O'Hara is a judge for the 63rd District Court in Michigan.[1] He was elected to the court on November 4, 2014, for a six-year term commencing on January 1, 2015, and expiring on December 31, 2020. [2]

O'Hara ran for election to the 63rd District Court.
Primary: He was successful in the primary on August 5, 2014, receiving 23.6 percent of the vote. He competed against Rock Wood, Charles F. Boekeloo, Brent Boncher, Andrea Crumback, and Jody E. Jernigan.
General: He defeated Brent Boncher in the general election on November 4, 2014, receiving 54 percent of the vote. [1][3] 

Education

O'Hara received his bachelor's degree in business administration from Michigan State University in 1980 and his J.D. degree from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1985.[4]

Career

Before his election to the 63rd District Court, O'Hara worked as a criminal defense attorney.[5]
