Charles Hoffman (Republican Party) was a member of the South Dakota House of Representatives, representing District 23. He assumed office on January 12, 2021. He left office on January 10, 2023.

The candidate filing deadline was March 29, 2016. Incumbents Justin Cronin (R) and Michele Harrison (R) did not seek re-election.

Hoffman won re-election in the 2012 election for South Dakota House of Representatives District 23. Hoffman and fellow incumbent Justin Cronin ran unopposed in the Republican primary on June 5. No Democratic candidates filed. Hoffman and Cronin ran unopposed in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[5]

Hoffman ran for re-election to one of two seats in District 23 of the South Dakota House of Representatives. Hoffman and Justin Cronin (incumbent) ran unopposed in the June 8 Republican primary.[6] Cronin and Hoffman ran unopposed in the general election on November 2, 2010.[7]
