Erica Davis (Democratic Party) is an at-large member of the Harris County Department of Education Board of Trustees in Texas. Davis assumed office on January 1, 2021. Davis' current term ends on December 31, 2026.

Biography
Erica Davis was born in 1985 in Houston, Texas. She earned a bachelor's degree in interpersonal communications and Spanish from the University of Houston in 2009 and a Master's in Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Austin in 2019. As of 2021, Davis attended a second master's program at Columbia University.
Davis' career experience includes working as Chief of Staff and Community Outreach Director at the Harris County Precinct One Constable’s Office. Previously, she was a Spanish teacher at Mount Carmel High School. Davis also served as Interim Director for the Acres Homes Chamber for Business & Economic Development.[1][2]

Prior to the Constables office, Erica worked as a High School Spanish Teacher and served as interim director for the Acres Homes Chamber for Business & Economic Development. Erica Davis holds a BA in Interpersonal Communications with a minor in Spanish from the University of Houston and recently graduated from the University of Texas at Austin LBJ School of Public Affairs.
