  • Make the Register of Deeds an appointed position and merge with the Wayne County Clerk.

1. Build the largest indoor aquarium in North America on the Detroit River(with nearby hotels and restaurants).
2. Build an indoor amusement park that will operate year round(with nearby hotels and restaurants).
3. Heated streets and sidewalks to reduce salt usage in the winter.
4. Educate and provide transparency for senior citizens in deed fraud and signs of criminal activity involving the elderly.
5. Miniature playscape on vacant lots.

6. . On the advice of legal counsel, give properties(residences/businesses) to citizens that will fix properties and pay taxes.
