Wilhelmina Lewellen is a former Democratic member of the Arkansas House of Representatives, representing District 34 from 2005 to 2011. She served as Assistant Speaker Pro Tempore during her final term.

On November 4, 2008, Lewellen won re-election to the 34th District Seat in the Arkansas House of Representatives, defeating opponent Herbert L. Broadway (R).[3]
