I am a lifelong Mt. Lebanon resident. I am a law student. I am running to provide a choice and genuine representation to District 42.
  • I will commit to good government oversight, making sure that the state does not encroach upon our ability to live the best life that we can.
  • I will ensure that our children have a quality education and learn about the fundamentals of civic engagement. I also want to make sure that children learn about art, music, and literature and have creative outlets because I believe that the arts (for example, jazz music) stimulates critical, out-of-the-box thinking, which is good for children and society. Parents should also have a genuine choice in their children's education, and I will work to provide this.
  • Small businesses and the people who own them are diverse and important. I will ensure that they can thrive. I will look out for them and ensure that unnecessary regulations do not burden them.
I am passionate about administrative law (regulatory law) and government oversight. I am also passionate about public safety.
Honesty, transparency, listening, and being available to the constituency are important characteristics. Also, critical, out-of-the-box thinking and commonsense is needed in a well-functioning government.
I am a good listener. Having a legal background gives me the ability to think critically.
Having a disability, cerebral palsy, has been a struggle in my life, but it has taught me to persevere through challenges and give everything my all.
Yes, doing so is critical to ensure proper checks and balances and to prevent undemocratic abuse of emergency powers.
