James H. Chamblin
James H. Chamblin was a circuit court judge for the 20th Circuit in Virginia.[1] He served as a judge on the court from 1987 until his retirement on April 1, 2013 after twenty-five years of service.[2][3]
Education
Chamblin received his undergraduate degree from Hampden-Sydney College and his J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law.[4]
Career
Before he became a judge, Chamblin worked as an attorney in private practice for seventeen years.[3]
