John Lowery, Jr. is a former Democratic member of the Arkansas House of Representatives, representing District 6 from 2007 to 2011 and from 2000-2002.

Lowery served on the Union County Water Conservation Board.

Lowery is President of the El Dorado Boys and Girls Club, and previous President of the Museum of Natural Resources Advisory Board, Arkansas Ready Mixed Concrete Association and El Dorado Chamber of Commerce.[1]

Lowery was ineligible to run for re-election in 2010 due to the term limits of the Arkansas House of Representatives.

2008

On November 4, 2008, Lowery won re-election to the 6th District Seat in the Arkansas House of Representatives, running unopposed in the general election.[2]
