Before becoming a Senator, Stack worked in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Catastrophe Loss Fund as a Claims Representative from 1989 to 1992 before later being promoted to Executive Director that year.
Stack graduated from LaSalle University with his Bachelor's degree in 1987 and later graduated from Villanova Law with his Juris Doctor degree in 1992. Stack is an practicing Attorney for the Stack and Stack Law Firm in addition to being a Senator.
