Jennifer Beck
Jennifer Beck (b. January 3, 1967) is a former Republican member of the New Jersey State Senate, representing District 11 from 2008 to 2018. Beck was moved from District 12 into District 11 by the 2011 redistricting process.
Beck served in the New Jersey General Assembly from 2005 to 2007.
Biography
Beck earned her B.A. in physics and mathematics from Boston College and her M.A. in government administration from the University of Pennsylvania. Her professional experience includes serving as the president of JAB Marketing, LLC. Beck was a member of the Red Bank Borough Council from 1999 to 2005.

Elections for the New Jersey State Senate took place in 2017. All 40 seats were up for election. The general election took place on November 7, 2017. A primary election took place on June 6, 2017. The filing deadline for the primary election was April 3, 2017.[1][2] Vin Gopal (D) defeated incumbent Jennifer Beck (R) in the New Jersey State Senate District 11 general election.[3][4]

Beck won re-election in the 2013 election for New Jersey State Senate District 11. Beck was unopposed in the June 4 Republican primary and defeated Michael Brantley (D) and Marie Amato-Juckiewicz (I) in the general election, which took place on November 5, 2013.[6][7][8][9]

Beck won election to the District 11 seat in 2011. She did not run for re-election to District 12. Beck ran unopposed in the June 7 Republican primary election. She defeated Raymond Santiago (D) in the general election, which took place on November 8, 2011.[10]

District 11 featured the state's first all-female legislative team. In addition to Beck, Caroline Casagrande (R) and Mary Pat Angelini (R) won seats in District 11 during the 2011 New Jersey General Assembly race.[11]

In 2007, Beck was elected to the New Jersey State Senate District 12. Beck (R) finished with 26,743 votes while her opponent Ellen Karcher (D) finished with 22,4844 votes.[12] Beck raised $599,822 for her campaign fund.[13]
