Anthony Hood
Anthony Hood was a candidate for at-large representative on the Newburgh Enlarged City Board of Education in New York. He was defeat in the general election that was held on May 17, 2016.[1]
Biography
Hood is an engineer at Fuel Cell Energy. He obtained a bachelor's degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.[2]

Four of the nine at-large seats on the Newburgh Enlarged City School District school board were up for general election on May 17, 2016. Incumbents Susan Prokosch and Andrew Johnston, along with newcomer Domenic Tebano, won the three seats with a three-year term. Incumbent Darren Stridiron won the seat with a one-year term. Challengers Anthony Hood, Mark Levinstein, Sylvia Santiago, and Lissandra Deliz were defeated in the race for the four seats up for election.[3]
