Biography
Bill Graham was born in Louisville, Kentucky. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1985, a graduate degree from Oklahoma State University in 1987, and a law degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1990. His career experience includes working as an intellectual property attorney.[1]

|- As a senator, I see the role as one who must diligently review all bills and resolutions which come before the senate to ensure that the proposed action is in the best interest of the majority of the people and with an eye on any language which impinges on our rights under the Constuitution and our God given rights.
- Put the people of the United States of America first before looking to aid others abroad. A wise friend once told me, "if you don't take care of yourself, how can you take care of the others you care for? " and the same applies to Americans as a whole. We need to take care of our people first l, then we can take care of others in the world who need our help.
- With the first two thoughts in mind, I support our military, police, fireman, and other service men and women which protect our borders and promote business within the USA.
