Recall opponents
"There is a very small group of political operatives who are seeking to have me recalled," Chinn said to the Rockwall County Herald-Banner. "In this case, it is a way to subvert the will of the people."
Speaking about the grounds for the recall, Chinn said it was "not because of me saying mean things online, not because I have a different opinion than the mayor, and not because I don’t kiss the Rockwall County Republican GOP’s ring good enough."
"That is not a reason for a recall," Chinn said. “But that is the reason for this recall.”[1]
