Dick Elkins
Dick Elkins was the Place 4 representative on the Eagle Mountain-Saginaw board of trustees in Texas from 2016 to 2019. He won the seat in the general election on May 7, 2016.
He was also a 2012 Republican candidate for District 101 of the Texas House of Representatives.

Three of the seven seats on the Eagle Mountain-Saginaw Independent School District school board were up for general election on May 7, 2016. Place 3 incumbent Rob Franklin did not file for re-election. Tim Daughtrey defeated Blake Mabry in the race for Place 3. Place 4 incumbent Dick Elkins and Place 5 incumbent Steven Newcom both won re-election after running unopposed.[1][2]

Elkins filed to run in the 2012 election for Texas House of Representatives, District 101, but did not appear on the primary ballot.[3][4]
